Things people often ask before reaching out.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria? +
Yes. We work with teams globally. Most communication is async, with regular video calls in your timezone.
How long does a typical project take? +
It varies. Identity projects: 3–6 weeks. Websites: 4–10 weeks. Apps: 8 weeks and up. We'll give you a specific timeline once we've scoped your project.
What do projects cost? +
We don't list fixed prices because every project is different. Once we understand scope, we send a proposal with a clear price and what's included. We're transparent about cost from the first conversation.
Can you work with our existing brand or codebase? +
Often, yes. We'll do a quick review first and tell you honestly whether it makes sense to build on what's there or start fresh.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Yes. We can sign yours or send you ours.
What if we don't have everything ready yet — content, images, brand? +
That's normal. Most projects start with gaps. We'll tell you what's needed at each stage and help you fill the gaps.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch? +
Yes, on a retainer or per-task basis. We can also hand off cleanly to an internal team.
What if we're not sure whether we need design, development, or strategy? +
That's fine. Many projects need a mix. The first conversation is partly about figuring out what kind of help you actually need — we'll be honest if it's something we shouldn't take on.
